Can a member of the sales team visit me?

A member of the sales team will normally visit you during the sale process as EDGE is an online product, however, they are available via phone, email, or video call when you need any assistance.  During the sales process you are invited to our premises in Redditch where you can view an EDGE range. Once you have placed an order, a qualified engineer will visit your premises to conduct an in-depth site survey to ensure a smooth installation of your range.

What are the payment terms?

Upon placing your order, we will require a 35% deposit paid via Bank Transfer. Our Accounts Team will be in touch to arrange the balance payment of 65%, this will be required prior to delivery.

How do I place an order?

Once you have configured your quote through our website, you will be given the option to place an order at the final stage. Once this option has been selected, you will receive an email with the next steps and the deposit information.

What finance options are available?

A finance package from Complete Leasing Solutions can be tailored to a specific monthly budget and the payments are fixed for the duration so you know exactly what you are paying and when, making it the perfect way to fund your new range.

What is included in my order?

Our online Order Forms allow you to build your own quotation and choose exactly what you want included.

There are accessories that are included with every Edge Range as standard, please see below.

What services do Florigo provide for the installation of my new range?

Delivery

Our install coordinator will organise delivery of your range to site at an agreed time and date.

Installation

Our install coordinator will organise the installation over 2 consecutive days by highly skilled and qualified gas safe engineers.

Gas & Electric

All gas and electric connections are made by our engineers to services supplied to within one metre.

Fan

We will identify and supply a suitable fan for your range along with a fan delay timer and pressure switch to keep your extraction optimised.

Duct Work

Standard spiral duct work will be supplied and fitted by our experienced engineers.

Electrical Distribution Box

All of our ranges feature easily accessible electrical distribution boxes, fully labelled with a clear front enabling inspection of circuit breakers without the need for tools.

What will I need to consider when ordering a brand-new frying range?

Building Work

We do not provide any general building work to include trenches, window removal, making good, hire of cranes, scaffolding or removal of range from existing site.

Odour & Noise Control

Any special odour or noise requirements specified by planning can be quoted and installed at an additional cost if required.

Non-Standard Ducting

Any non-standard ducting requirements can be quoted at an additional cost if required.

What happens with my existing range when I have my new range arriving?

We can remove your existing range for you at an additional cost. The range will be placed at the front of your premises and you will then be responsible for the disposal/ scrap collection of your range. When building your quote through our website, you will be able to choose whether you would like to add this service or not.

Can I basket fry or free fry on an Edge Range?

Yes, all Edge Ranges can be used for both basket frying or free frying. During the order process, you can choose if you want to order baskets, and exactly how many you want to order.

What size are the pans?

Once you have worked through the Quote Form, you will have the option to receive the specifications for the range you have selected via email, this will include the sizes of the pans.
